CROWN PORK ROAST HIGH/5 COURSE DINNER TEA
Comfort Food Chef Linda Ballard has designed the September, Special Entree to be focused around family, friends and business associates. Time to gather loved ones, close friends and enjoy an evening of fine dining in the beauty and elegance of the Queen Anne.
"Crown Pork Roast," High/5 course Dinner Tea is focused on providing an elegant fine dining meal, served at your table of four or more.
As with all High/5 course Dinner Teas the table will be served warm scones, fresh devonshire cream, jam and your choice of hot or cold teas, coffee, iced sweet peach tea, regular iced tea, as your first course (we begin with dessert and end with dessert at the Queen Anne.)
Your next course will be a soup of the day, designed to compliment the evening specialty. Next comes your fresh salad of the day, made especially for you.
Your table's main course will be served, individually, at your table, where the Crown Pork Roast can be viewed in all of its beauty. Your main course will include twelve ounces of crown pork roast; your starch, to include Chef Linda's family dressing, vegetable choices; finishing the main course time with a glass of champagne or wine selection of the day.
To finish your evening, select from Bananas Foster or Cherries Jubilee, which will be prepared at your table, in all of their splendor.
Upon finishing your High Tea, wander into the two show rooms of the Queen Anne "Antiques/Tea Treasurers Store," finding that perfect gift for someone, or purchasing a gift certificate which allows others to experience the memory of High Tea at the Queen Anne.
Finish your Queen Anne memory by viewing the Mile High Window Light Show, from you vehicle, tuned into 107.5 FM. The Light Show features over 5,000 colored lights, timed to music and computer controlled, a wonderful ending to a special evening.
High/5 course Dinner Tea is priced at $29.99 per person, minimum reservation four, which does not include tax or gratuity.
