Fine Dining Buffet Options:
Salad: Spinach with strawberries, craisins, almonds, Poppy seed dressing; Italiam with greens, cucumbers, olives and cheese, Italian dressing.
Starch: Roasted Red Potato with onions and peppers; Noodles with Alfredo Sauce.
