Discover how easy it is to make a "Harty German Meal,"
with a Family Recipe which includes making a dumpling,
fried potato, eggs and german sausage dish we call "Glase."
The "Art of German Cooking," demonstration will be led by
Comfort Food Chef Linda Ballard,
who is half German and half Italian.
The Queen Anne "Fine Dining," Tea House and
Antiques/Tea Treasures Store is a ADA compliant
facility and is open Monday - Saturday,
11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for Afternoon/Lunch Tea and
6:00 p.m. or High/5 course Dinner Tea.
Sundays reserved for private party's and Special Events.
The tea house is equipped with a media center system allowing
for the broadcasting of the, cooking demonstration
to the themed tea rooms, allowing guests to enjoy tea
and watch the demonstration or join the crew in the
demonstration kitchen for more of a
"hands on feeling."
