On site training in operating a Fine Dining Tea House, to include lodging in private quarters, dinner provide each day, private tutoring.Future Tea House owners will receive a full service, fine dining experience to include being a customer for Afternoon/Lunch Tea and High/5 course Dinner Tea.They will receive reservation training, table settings, hosting; kitchen operations to include baking, grilling, receipe training, plating, organizational serving, dish washing, inventory, food ordering, health codes.They will receive business training in accounting (we will open our books to pricing/profit examples,) advertising, marketing, menu planning, cost/quality control, insurance, as well as reviews of city ordinances, zoning, codes.The Queen Anne owners will devote attention to the dreams, visions, of the individual and help in developing an outline of a business plan.Cost is $995.00, per person, does not include air travel expense; other than we are willing to pick up and return to Colorado Springs, CO airport.All daily needs are within walking distance of the Queen Anne, to include historic downtown Canon City (we are one block off of main street,) museums, libraries, movie theater, shops, minor local transportation will be made available.These events will only be offered in January, March, October, November, 2010, due to Special Events Calendar of the Queen Anne.email: al@thecanoncityqueenanne.com or call (719) 671-5691 for additional information.http://www.thecanoncityqueenanne.com/aboutustheballards
